Dashboards

Multiple Accounts

The Settings page supports adding more than one Central account. These accounts can reside in multiple different Central Clusters. The "Multiple Accounts" page is only displayed when more than one account is configured.


The "Multiple Accounts Dashboard" provides an overview of each account, as well as the global device counts and overall status for the main categories


An action button is displayed on right of each Account to provide access to the dashboard for the single account. All other pages in Central Automation Studio are single account pages.

Once in the selected account, an Accounts List is displayed in the menu bar at the top of all pages. This provides quick access to switching between accounts without returning to the Multiple Account dashboard.

The Breadcrumb in the top left (Central Automation Studio > Account Name) allows the ability to return to the Multiple Account Dashboard from the individual account dashboard. The Accounts LIst also provides a link back to the Muliiple Accounts Dashboard.


Single Account

The dashboard page is the launching page to the different modules as well as providing overview of the information available in New Central.

Tiles

The top section of the page displays the following pieces of information:

  • Clients
  • Access Points
  • Switches
  • Gateways
  • Sites
  • Subscriptions

Each of these tiles can be clicked on to display a table with further information. The tables are searchable and sortable. Clicking the name of the table entry will open a new window/tab to display the device or client in New Central. The icon colour on each of these details the status of the devices/sites in the content for each tile.
The pin icon in the Sites table will open a new window/tab to show the site in Google Maps.

The Access Points, Switches and Gateways tiles also provide links to the Statistics pages for each device type
